Tanning Bed Bad Credit

There are various tanning bed bad credit options for individuals who want to own a tanning bed but have a poor credit rating. There are certainly quite a few benefits to tanning bed ownership. If you are one of those people who visit your local tanning salon a lot, then owning your own bed might even save you money in the long run. Also, you get to tan in the privacy of your own home, whenever you want. A tanning bed is a luxurious item that can make you feel like a Hollywood star. However your bad credit may be standing in your way.

If you've tried to finance a tanning bed and been denied because of your credit, don't give up. You don't want to keep trying to obtain financing from different companies because the inquiries will go on your credit report. If one company turns you down it is likely that the rest of them will also. One option would be to find a tanning bed leasing company who is willing to work with customers who have bad credit. The downside is that your rates will probably be very high and you will end up paying a lot more for your tanning bed than someone with good credit.

One option for buying a tanning bed is simply to save your money and purchase it with cash. If you shop for a used bed you will find these models to be more affordable. Used beds are priced lower but often offer the same benefits as a new model. By buying directly from the previous owner you can often save even more. Check your local newspaper classifieds or a site like Craigslist where people list items for sale. You may even want to check Ebay when shopping for a used tanning bed. Although shipping costs may be substantial you still may end up paying less than you would for a new bed.

If your heart is set on financing a new bed you can try some other tanning bed bad credit options, such as payday loans. Payday loans are granted to individuals based on their employment status rather than credit. These loans are given at extremely high rates which usually go up the longer the loan is kept open. Another option would be to get a bank loan using a piece of collateral such as a vehicle. Some lenders will work with a borrower with bad credit if their collateral is adequate.
